Grant holds a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology, Minor in Mathematics from the University of Oklahoma and for the last 7 years he has played a key role in Infigen Energy and E.ON Climate & Renewables, gaining extensive experience in using wind LiDARs to identify under‐performing wind turbines, provide resource assessment and due diligence on potential wind farm acquisitions, find opportunities to improve availability and performance of wind turbines and optimize turbine layout prior to construction (micro-siting).
“I’m very excited for having Grant on board,” said Sagie Tsadka, Pentalum’s CEO. “We’re quite fortunate to have such a knowledgeable wind professional to support our growth in North America and LATAM. The increased number of potential customers in these areas will benefit from Grant's experience and guidance in their various needs for remote sensing.”
“This is a wonderful opportunity, and I am thankful for Pentalum to trust me and my skills for this important role.” noted Qualley. “In the last 2 years I followed Pentalum’s SpiDAR continued improvement and I’m sure that my knowledge in wind and my experience with wind LiDARs and especially with the SpiDAR will assist developers to find the most cost effective way to use this tool.”
